April 15, 2019: Best of: Source of Income discrimination

It’s been over fifty years since the Fair Housing Act which aimed to remove discrimination in the housing process became law. This year’s enacted state budget included provisions to ban discrimination based on source of income. Today, we heard Lorraine Collins, Director of Public Policy at Enterprise Community Partners, discuss the impact this change will have for New Yorkers.
