April 4, 2019: Marijuana concerns

Last October, the Capital Region was rocked after a limousine crashed and killed 20 people. New reports from the Albany Times Union find that the driver of the limousine had marijuana in his system which has sparked a new conversation surrounding impaired driving in the event that recreational marijuana is legalized. We discussed the effects and what more the state can do with Dr. Indu Gupta, Onondaga County Health Commissioner, and Asm. Pat Fahy (D-Albany), chair of the Assembly Commission on Science and Technology.
