High Kings CD

The High Kings CD features all recorded versions of the songs performed in the PBS special plus an additional live track of “The Wild Rover.” From the haunting ballads of “The Parting Glass” and “The Auld Triangle” to the rousing traditional “The Wild Rover” and “The Rocky Road to Dublin” to the original and new “The Fields of Glory,” the CD provides an eclectic sound mixing traditional and modern songs. (Songs in the broadcast program not on the CD are “Jimmy Murphy,” “Dance at the Crossroads” and “The Holy Ground.”)
