CLASSIC FM presents a concert every day of the week!
From the moment the conductor steps to the podium until the final notes fade, listeners will hear concerts that was recorded live by some of the world’s best orchestras. Listen Monday through Friday at 8pm, Saturday at 6pm, and Sunday at Noon on CLASSIC FM. Here’s the rundown:
Monday at 8pm... The San Francisco Symphony Tuesday at 8pm... The Pittsburgh Symphony or The Cleveland Orchestra Wednesday at 8pm... Symphonycast, a mix of the world’s great orchestras... The Royal Concertgebouw, The San Francisco Symphony, The Orpheus Chamber Orchestra, and dozens more. Hosted by Brian Newhouse Thursday at 8pm... The New York Philharmonic Friday at 8pm... The Chicago Symphony; recently named the top orchestra in America by a poll in the British magazine Gramophone... this show is hosted by Korva Coleman of NPR. Saturday at 6pm... The Concert Hall... Concerts from series presented by organizations right here in Central New York... the Chamber Music Society of Utica, the Syracuse Friends of Chamber Music, the Skaneateles Festival, Music at Colgate, and many more... with midday classics host Bill Baker.
