WCNY’S “FINANCIAL FITNESS” FEATURES INTERVIEW WITH CNBC’S CHARLES GASPARINO

SYRACUSE, NY, (December 1, 2009) – WCNY’s “Financial Fitness” welcomes Charles Gasparino, author of “The Sellout: How Three Decades of Wall Street Greed and Government Mismanagement Destroyed the Global Financial System” and daily member of CNBC’s ensemble. Gasparino discusses the current state of the markets on “Financial Fitness” Thursday, December 3 at 8:00 p.m. on WCNY 24.1.

The exclusive one-on-one interview with Gasparino, conducted by host J. Daniel Pluff, is a candid and revealing assessment of what caused recent market events and illustrates how close the financial system came to a meltdown.

In a shift from the show’s normal format, Bryan Place, CFP, Place Financial Advisors, Manlius, joins Pluff as they review the past year, discuss future possibilities for the markets, and offer their thoughts on the Gasparino interview.

Rebroadcasts of this special “Financial Fitness” episode will air Friday, December 4 and Sunday, December 6 at 11:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. each day on WCNY 24.1.
