Prior to joining WCNY, Larry Goodsight owned and operated a video-entertainment business based in Naples FL. Goodsight was also Co-Founder, Chairman & CEO of Goodsight/Herrmann, Inc., an entertainment production company that produced award-winning corporate videos, commercials, promotional and training programs as well as the program, Senior Class, for the Cable Health Network. He also served as Executive Director of Madison County Tourism (New York). Goodsight is affiliated with the American Association of Medical Writers; American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers; Actor’s Equity Association; Screen Actor’s Guild; American Federation of Television and Radio Performers, and the Dramatist’s Guild.

Don Bocian, Manager of Video Production.

For nearly 18 years, Don Bocian has fulfilled roles as a Director/Producer, Chief Videographer, and Senior Editor for AXXESS Television Productions that was based in Syracuse.  His skills contributed to creating a number of award-winning programs for broadcast, business and industry. In 2006, Bocian became the Manager of Video Production at WCNY AXXESS Productions.  As a Videographer and AVID Editor, Bocian is challenged to achieve a quality product for our clients, and strives for excellence in every assignment regardless of parameters and budget.

Eric Hayden, Videographer/Editor.

Eric Hayden brings 15 years of creative technical experience to WCNY AXXESS Productions. Before joining WCNY, Hayden was the Videographer and Editor at Creative Media Solutions based in Syracuse NY. While with CMS, he was Senior Editor and 3D-Animator for Pappyland, a popular children’s show that aired on PBS and The Learning Channel.  Hayden was also Promotions Editor and Production Coordinator of Creative Services at WTVH - CBS Channel 5. As an AVID Editor with WCNY AXXESS Productions, Hayden is the Videographer always thinking about “getting the right shots” in the field to tell a story. His work ethic, attention to detail, enthusiasm, and sense of humor make Hayden an invaluable asset to the Team.

Dawn Mulcahey, Account Manager/Producer.

Dawn Mulcahey brings to WCNY AXXESS Productions over 9 years of video production experience. Prior to joining WCNY, Mulcahey was a Commercial Producer at WSYT, a FOX affiliate based in Syracuse NY. In 2001, she joined AXXESS Television Production as a Videographer and AVID Editor where Mulcahey edited regional commercials, industrial videos, sales and training programs, and assisted in producing and scriptwriting on various productions. Mulcahey is currently responsible for managing client accounts and overseeing the daily coordination and production details of WCNY AXXESS Productions. She serves as Producer at video shoots and during edit sessions, and also auditions voiceover and on-camera talent.  Mulcahey brings a vast amount of video production experience and creativity to the Team.
