The idea behind the State’s REV program, which is short for Reforming the Energy Vision, is that it will create a new energy paradigm by ushering in a system that fosters clean energy and energy efficiency. Today, Public Service Commission Chair Audrey Zibelman discusses the progress of REV and previews the informational forums and public statement hearings the PSC is hosting around the state beginning this week.
