The NYS budget was passed late Tuesday night. Today’s show features reaction to the items included, as well as the budget process, from stakeholders and analysts.
First, Bob Lowry, Deputy Director of the New York State Council of School Superintendents, and Tim Kremer, Executive Director of the New York State School Boards Association, look at the teacher evaluation proposal included in the budget.

At 11:30, Gov. Andrew Cuomo discusses the final budget.
