NYCOM’s Executive Director Peter Baynes discusses how the budget will affect municipalities.
Unshackle Upstate saw a lot of positives in the budget, including the Upstate Revitalization Initiative, the renewal of the Brownfield Cleanup Program, and infrastructure investment. UU’s Executive Director Greg Biryla will explain what the organization likes and dislikes in the budget.
