On Tuesday, members of the Onondaga Nation will file a petition against the United States with the Inter American Commission on Human Rights. The Onondaga Nation is seeking assistance from the international community with what it calls human rights violations. Onondaga Nation attorney Joe Heath joins us to explain the Nation’s grievances against the State of New York, and what they expect.
