American Institute of Architects New York State president Ray Beeler and vice president Tim Boyland join us to discuss “Good Samaritan” legislation, which, if passed, which will protect licensed architects and engineers from liability while volunteering their services during government-declared disasters.

Tuesday marks the Empire State Pride Agenda’s Equality and Justice Day at the capitol. Communications Director Allison Steinberg shares the Pride Agenda’s priority list which includes GENDA, the Child/Parent Security Act and protecting LGBT youth from conversion efforts.
