Senate Democratic Leader Andrea Stewart-Cousins discusses the shifting political sands in Albany.
Arguments in the two home rule cases, Dryden and Middlefield, were heard Tuesday in the NY Court of Appeals. Today we discuss the judges questions with Tom West, attorney for the appellant Mark S. Wallach, a trustee of Norse Energy. Tomorrow we do the same with the attorney for the town of Dryden.
In light of the scandal at VA hospitals around the nation, and in advance of Friday’s 70’s anniversary of the D-Day invasion, we discuss veterans issues with Senator Lee Zeldin, Major in the Army Reserves and member of the Senate Veterans, Homeland Security and Military Affairs Committee, and Assemblyman Michael Benedetto, Chair of the Assembly Committee on Veterans Affairs.
