The 2015 session is over. Lawmakers voted on an omnibus “Big Ugly” late last night. Rent regulations, a property tax rebate and a one year extension of mayoral control in NYC are all included. But lots of hot topics from the session were not passed this year, including oversight for East Ramapo, many environmental bills, the Education Tax Credit and more. Today, we’ll break down the session that was.
