Carol Burris is a strong player in New York’s education system. She is the principal of South Side High School in Rockville CSD. A former teacher, Burris was named the 2010 Educator of the Year by the School Administrators Association of NYS; and was also the 2013 SAANY New York State High School Principal of the Year.
