First it was gas leases. Now it’s solar leases. Large companies are soliciting residents of Delaware County with industrial scale solar leases. And residents are both intrigued and concerned, as they were with the natural gas leases. Today we will discuss some of the drawbacks to industrial solar with Elmira attorney Chris Denton and Bob Williams, Director of Environmental Studies at the Barnes-Williams Environmental Services in Binghamton and vice president of the Joint Landowners Coalition of NY.
