Two perspectives on the Governor’s State of the State: Democrat Bruce Gyory and Republican Dave Catalfamo weigh in on elements of the Governor’s 2.2 billion dollar tax relief plan.

Anti-Fracking activists from across the state are converging upon Albany today to keep up the pressure on Governor Cuomo to ban hydrofracking in New York. According to activist Dr. Sandra Steingraber, this is the movement’s “defining moment”. John Armstrong of Frack Action will join us.

A centerpiece of the Governor’s tax proposals is a 2-year tax freeze for residents of localities that prove they are consolidating. Mayor Stephanie Miner of Syracuse shares her thoughts on the issue.
