Jillian Honn, former principal oboist with Symphoria, returns to Syracuse as guest artist this weekend, joined by the orchestra for Jennifer Higdon’s Oboe Concerto. Jillian stopped by the Classic FM Studios to chat with mid-day host Diane Jones about the concerto, her studies at Yale, and some of the challenges of playing oboe.
