Two interviews about how immigrants are faring in upstate New York: First we discussed safety in so-called “sanctuary cities” with Albany Law School’s Sarah Rogerson, Associate Professor of Law; Director of the Immigration Law Clinic; and Director of the Law Clinic & Justice Center.

Joe Paparone, Director of ICE Free Capital District as well as the Labor-Religion Coalition of New York State & Derek Scarlino of the Industrial Workers of the World shared information about the case of Ricky Morgan, a Utica father and husband who was deported to Jamaica recently despite living in the United States for over 20 years and establishing a life and family here in that time.
