Asm. Sean Ryan (D – Buffalo) and Chairman of the Patriotic Millionaires Morris Pearl, a former Managing Director at BlackRock Inc., will discuss multi-state efforts to close what is known as the carried interest loophole.

The NFIB of NY is hosting Small Business Day at the Capitol. We will speak with Ken Pokalsky, Vice President of the Business Council of NYS, and Eric Ooms of A. Ooms & Sons Dairy Farm in Valatie.

We will hear more about scholarship tax credit legislation from Rabbi David Zwiebel, executive VP of Agudath Israel of America, and Ms. Camille Hastick-Ortiz, mom of Daniel Ortiz, a kindergartner at Macademy School of Science and Technology in Brooklyn.

The Citizen Campaign for the Environment’s Executive Director Adrienne Esposito looks at GMO labeling battles on the state and federal level.
