Gov. Andrew Cuomo joined “The Capitol Pressroom” to to explain his letter to President Trump calling for federal assistance in resolving the deteriorating conditions at Penn Station. The letter asks for short-term construction and transportation alternatives, as well as the facilitation of a long-term resolution for Penn Station.
