We spoke with New York City REDC members Kathryn Wylde, President and CEO at Partnership for New York City, and Winston Fisher, a Partner at Fisher Brothers, about their proposals for economic development in the city, particularly in communities that would not otherwise receive local investment.
Helmut Norpoth, a Professor in the Department of Political Science at Stony Brook University, explained his Primary Model, which he used to predict Donald Trump will win. Prof. Norpoth has a 5 for 5 presidential election forecast batting average using the model.
