A new report from Governing Magazine shows that New York City paid out more in lawsuits in 2016 than 19 other cities’ totals combined. On Nov. 30, Effective Radio will relaunch as a two-hour monthly series on major policy changes that could come out of a Constitutional Convention. EffectiveNY Founder Bill Samuels joined Susan to preview the new show which will run until the 2017 referendum vote.

Finally, we spoke again with Helmut Norpoth, a Professor in the Department of Political Science at Stony Brook University, who used his Primary Model to correctly predict that Donald Trump would win the presidency.
