In 1994, a gallon of gas cost a little over a dollar per gallon, the highest grossing film was Forrest Gump, and a Republican challenger defeated Governor Cuomo. Dutchess County Executive Marc Molinaro is hoping for history to repeat itself as he seeks to unseat another Governor Cuomo.
