Sept. 6, 2016: Part 360, back to school with NYSCOSS, remembering Clarence “Rapp” Rappelyea

We discussed the Part 360 environmental regulations and the effort to close the fracking waste loophole with Bill Cooke, Citizens Campaign for the Environment, and Nadia Steinzor, the Eastern Program Coordinator for Earthworks.

Labor Day can only mean one thing: back to school! We hosted the New York State Council of School Superintendents’ Executive Director Charles Dedrick, Ed.D., and Deputy Director for Advocacy Research and Communications Bob Lowry.

Finally, we remembered the life of Clarence “Rapp” Rappelyea, the one-time Assembly Minority Leader who passed away this weekend. Our guests were E.J. McMahon, the president and founder of the Empire Center for Public Policy, and Bob Bellafiore, the founder of Stanhope Partners.
