When New Yorkers go to the polls in November, there will be three ballot questions for them to vote on. Jessica Ottney Mahar, Policy Director at the Nature Conservatory, and Bill Farber, Chairman of the Hamilton County Board of Supervisors, are pushing for New Yorkers to vote yes on ballot question three which would create a land bank for public projects such as bike trails and power lines in forest preserves. They joined Susan to explain the question.
