The series provides an open dialogue on critical concerns that affect the lives of those living in our community.  The programs draw upon regional experts who answer viewer questions to help people become more connected to their physical, mental, and financial health. 

How do we get the questions we ask our experts on the show?  Many of them we get directly from you!   WCNY is inviting you to submit questions ahead of time so the experts can provide more in-depth answers. You can help shape the content of the shows by submitting a question one of four ways: email at wcny_online@wcny.org; through the comments section on the “Focus: Well Being’’ web page at www.wcny.org; through WCNY’s Facebook page at www.facebook.com/wcnyconnected; or by calling 315-453-2424.  Remember, the earlier you submit a question, the more likely it will be answered!  And each week WCNY will be posting a poll question related to the upcoming week's show, so don't forget to visit our Facebook page and log in your response to the question.  Watch Focus: Well Being to see the poll results.
