This month on Built to Serve, host Peter Ward is joined by Kate Artessa from the Interreligous Food Consortium (IFC). A small nonprofit organization which sources food for under resourced food pantries, schools and other organizations in desperate need.

In this conversation Peter and Kate discuss the IFC’s Empty Bowls Event held at the Everson Museum on September 25th. The purpose of this event is simple, guests are served soup in a handmade bowl in exchange for a small donation to help fight hunger.
