Talk CNY – NUAIR and Advancing Aviation Innovation
by
September 23, 2026
This is Talk CNY, presented by NBT Bank. I’m Katie Zilcosky, director of communications at CenterState CEO and your host for Talk CNY.
NUAIR was founded in 2012 to help establish world-class uncrewed aerial systems infrastructure in Central New York. Now it oversees 1900 square miles beyond visual line of sight airspace and holds the first and only FAA letter of acceptance to a public-private organization for its proprietary airspace surveillance technology stack.
On this episode of Talk CNY Presented by NBT Bank, we are joined by NUAIR president and CEO Graig Marcinkowski to discuss what’s next for the organization and for the UAS ecosystem in our region.
