CNY Heroes, Episode 10 – Syracuse Vet Center

The Syracuse Vet Center was established in 1979 following the Vietnam War, one several hundred set up across the country by the Veterans Administration. Dan Cummings’ guests on this edition of CNY Heroes are Vet Center Director Frank Salvadore and Veterans Outreach Program Specialist Stephen Lockwood. Salvadore and Lockwood are both US Army veterans. They talk about the wide range of free confidential, non-medical counseling and other services offered by the Syracuse Vet Center.
