WCNY, in partnership with Syracuse University Athletics, is excited to announce its new television series, “Gamechangers.”
The first season of “Gamechangers” features the Syracuse Women’s Basketball team. Hosted by Sean Dorcellus and featuring Head Coach Felisha Legette-Jack, “Gamechangers” is a bi-weekly, 30-minute series that goes beyond the court to explore how championship-caliber programs are built through values, leadership, teamwork, and community.
Each episode features five recurring segments:
Inside the Huddle: Coach Jack recaps the team’s recent performances and highlights standout players.
Player Profiles: Sean Dorcellus sits down with players to share their stories and lives beyond basketball.
Slice of Orange: A behind-the-scenes look at team culture, recruiting, and leadership development.
Beyond the Arc: Showcasing the team’s community involvement and service work.
The Next Play: A preview of upcoming opponents and strategies, plus presentation of the “Hard Hat Award” to a player who exemplifies character, academic excellence, and basketball performance, sponsored by Bank of America.
“Gamechangers” highlights the people and stories that define Syracuse Women’s Basketball, offering an inspiring look at the team’s impact on and off the court.
