Program changes for Sat. 4/8

Due to the length of the Metropolitan Opera broadcast on Saturday, April 8, Classic FM has made the following changes for the Saturday afternoon and evening schedule.
1) The Metropolitan Opera broadcast of Wagner’s “Tristan und Isolde” is expected to run from 1 PM to approximately 5:45 PM.
2) The Met broadcast will be followed by “Saturday Opera, Part 2” from 5:45 to 7:00 PM.
3) “The Concert Hall” will not air this week.
4) “Footlight Parade” will air from 7:00 to 8:00 PM. (“Footlight Parade’s” usual airings on HD3 on Sunday at 3 and 5 PM will go on as scheduled.)
5) “Deutsche Welle Festival” will air its last concert of the season at the usual time of 8:00 PM.
5) “Collectors’ Corner” will air from 10:00 PM until midnight as usual.
Classic FM will return to its regular Saturday schedule on April 15th, although “Deutsche Welle Festival” will be replaced for the season with the Dallas Symphony Orchestra.
