Blueprint 15 is a new non-profit working in Syracuse to restore and reconnect what was once a thriving city neighborhood, the 15th Ward. In this program, host Major Charles Roberts of the Syracuse-area Salvation Army speaks with Raquan Pride-Green, Blueprint 15’s Executive Director.
