Built to Serve – Center for Community Alternatives

Since, 1981, the Center for Community Alternatives (CCA) has promoted reduced reliance on incarceration through advocacy, services, and public policy development. CCA works with about 3,500 youth and adults annually, providing them with services designed to keep them out of jail, while building and sustaining better lives. In this program, host Major Charles Roberts of the Syracuse-area Salvation Army speaks with Ron Boxx, CCA’s Director of Reintegration Services. Built to Serve is a monthly program spotlighting the critical work of our region’s non-profit organizations.
