CNY Heroes, Episode 36 – Pat Chase Former Director of the Syracuse Vet Center

On this edition of CNY Heroes Dan’s guest is Pat Chase who devoted her working life to helping veterans.  Pat is the former director of the Syracuse Vet Center.   She spent a career as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker/Readjustment Counseling Therapist and team leader with the Vet Center, before her promotion to director. Chase closed out her years of service as a behavioral health consultant with Clear Path for Veterans.  She talks with Dan about the issues facing our veterans as they transition to civilian life and the services available to help them and their families.
