The Syracuse Chamber Orchestra is preparing for a concert of “Serenades, Nocturnes, and Other Night Music” this weekend.  We caught up with Victor Vallo, the music director of the SCO, to talk about the music, how he chose his programming, and experiencing music with new eyes and ears.
